SUBMISSION
1. Submit
Upload your abstract through the official submission platform, selecting your preferred presentation type (podium or poster).
2. Review
All submissions will undergo evaluation by the Scientific Committee to assess quality, clarity, and relevance.
3. Evaluation & Announcement
Top abstracts will be selected for presentation and award consideration. Authors will be notified of the results at the end of the 1st Annual Research Day.

FOR SUBMITTERS
Abstract submissions are now open for both podium and poster presentations. We welcome contributions from medical students, interns, residents, fellows, consultants, allied health professionals, and all members of the Orthopedic Department. Submissions will be reviewed by
the Scientific Committee, and selected abstracts will be considered for presentation and award categories during the 1st Annual Orthopedics Research Day.
Abstract submission date: August 10th, 2025
Abstract submission deadline: September 30th, 2025
Abstract Submission and Presentation Guidelines
Language Requirement
All submitted abstracts must be written in English.
Presentation Commitment
By submitting an abstract, the presenting author agrees to deliver the presentation whether as an oral talk or an electronic poster at the date and time designated by the MNGHA-Orthopedics Scientific Committee, should the abstract be accepted.
Notification of Acceptance
Authors will be notified of the acceptance or rejection of their abstracts by October 12th , 2025. The presenting author will receive all correspondence related to the submission and is responsible for informing co-authors about the outcome. Confirmation and Registration
Presenting authors must reconfirm their intent to participate following acceptance and complete registration for the MNGHA-Orthopedics Research Day no later than October 15, 2025. Failure to do so will result in automatic withdrawal of the abstract from the program.
Abstract Publication
All accepted abstracts might be published as part of the official event proceedings.
Awards and Recognition
All presenters will automatically be considered for the MNGHA-Orthopedics Research Day 2025 Awards. Multiple awards will be granted, with winners announced during the event and later featured on the official event website.
